I’m a certified high-performance coach, speaker, and woman of faith who understands what it’s like to feel capable, yet quietly stuck.
Over the past decade, I’ve helped hundreds of women reconnect to their purpose, rebuild their confidence, and move forward with intention, all while holding onto their faith.

With over a decade of experience leading large-scale, multi-million-pound projects and driving transformative change in healthcare, I’ve consistently delivered results that make a real difference. I’ve thrived in high-pressure environments, managing diverse teams and successfully navigating complex challenges. My true passion, though, lies in empowering ambitious women to find their purpose and unlock their full potential, not just in their careers, but in their personal lives as well.
I've faced my own challenges, including living with sickle cell anaemia, but I haven't let it define my future. Navigating a chronic health condition has taught me how to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and thrive, no matter the circumstances. Now, I use those lessons, along with positive psychology and proven high-performance strategies, to help ambitious women do the same: build resilience, boost productivity, and confidently achieve success, regardless of any challenges they may face.
